Nestled in an exclusive Patagonian community, this hidden gem offers a tranquil escape overlooking Lake Gutierrez and the majestic mountains, including Cerro Catedral. Accessible through security gates, the property boasts a serene setting with a private alpine-style chapel nearby. The professionally decorated house features warm tones, open living spaces, and breathtaking views. Bedrooms are elegant with modern amenities, complemented by three bathrooms and a cozy TV/family room. Outside, an extensive terrace, a large backyard with a fireplace, and ample parking provide comfort and convenience. The location offers privacy and stunning vistas, away from tourist crowds yet close to attractions. A perfect retreat for us, we are considering purchasing a similar property in the future.
